I am Snehan Mukherjee, a passionate chess player and the founder of the Cleveland Chess School. I’ve been studying and competing in chess tournaments since I was 8 years old, and my love for the game continues to grow. Chess has significantly impacted my life by enhancing my concentration, creativity, and problem-solving skills—traits that I aim to share with others.
With the Cleveland Chess School, I seek to create a supportive and enriching environment where students—whether aspiring grandmasters or casual players—can improve their skills and reach their personal chess goals. Our courses are designed to advance chess knowledge and foster growth in areas like academic performance and social interactions, as chess has played a vital role in my development.
Through this initiative, I hope to inspire others to discover the joy and lifelong benefits of chess, while helping them achieve both their chess and personal aspirations
